WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT? 

Please always contact ATP Atelier before returning any items by email to shop@atpatelier.com including your order number.

Kindly note that the purchased items must be returned in the same condition as delivered to you, including your original receipt. If the items shows signs of having been used or in other ways damaged, the product will not be refunded.

Please also note that all footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. The footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Our return policy allows you to return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund for the cost of your purchased items. Please note that when returning an item, you bear the costs of return shipping; equal to the cost of the shipping service chosen for your original order. You can find all shipping costs here. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you want to exchange an item, please always contact ATP Atelier by email to shop@atpatelier.com including your order number and what item/size you would like us to reserve for you.

Our exchange policy allows you to return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery at our cost. Please follow the return shipping instructions below.

Once we have received your returned item(s) in good condition, we will pack and send the item(s) we reserved for you, using the shipping service chosen for your original order.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack your item(s) securely in the original shipping box or equivalent. Kindly note that all footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. The footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. If the returned item is damaged in any way, we will not accept the return.

Please always use the provided return shipping labels when returning your order and include your original receipt with the parcel. If you need new copies of your shipping labels, or if no labels were included in your parcel, please let us know by email to shop@atpatelier.com including your order number and we will provide them for you.

If you are returning an order from outside of the EU, please note the included commercial invoices to be included on the outside of the parcel (not in the parcel). This is to notify the customs that your order has been returned and that you are not to pay any taxes and duties. Please note that any additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to ATP Atelier. Items lost in the transportation will not be compensated for.

REFUNDS

When we have received the item and approved your return, we will refund the cost of your returned items using the payment method of your original order. Please expect a couple of days for the balance to update.

CLAIMS

If you have received a damaged item, or want to make a return for other reasons caused by ATP Atelier, we will refund the full costs of your order and return shipping. Please contact us at shop@atpatelier.com as soon as you discover the defect, including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the defect.
