Return Policy

Please contact ATP Atelier before returning any items. Kindly note that it is you who is responsible for arranging your return shipment. Please therefor make sure to arrange your return shipment error free ensuring your item will be returned securely.

You can return your purchased item within 14 days of delivery and receive full refund for the cost of your purchased item; the return shipping cost and eventual duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Note! All purchases made during December 2016 will have an extended time limit for returns that run all the way through the first week of January 2017.

The product must be in same condition as it was when it was delivered to you, including labels and along with the receipt. If the product is ruined or used the product will not be refunded. Please make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

When we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund you the costs of the item to your account you assigned in the return form. Expect the refund within 14 days from the date that the package reached us. Please note that shipping, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

How to return

Contact our Customer Care at shop@atpatelier.com or give us a call at +46 (0)8 120 55 260 and let us know that you wish to return your purchase.

- Place the item in the original shipping box or any other solid box
- Include your receipt/order information
- Close the box and tape securely
- Cover the prior delivery information and send the box to:

We prefer that international orders are returned to us via DHL to ensure that they are protected and insured during the shipment. However you may return the goods to us by any secure shipment.

How to exchange

Always contact us at shop@atpatelier.com, if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. It is free to exchange items for a different size or product within the same price range, which means that ATP Atelier won´t charge additional shipping on exchanges. After you have contacted us follow the return procedure below:

- Put the item in the original shipping box or any other solid box
- Include your receipt/order information
- Close the box and tape securely
- Cover the prior delivery information and send the box to:

When we have received the item and approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item has a lower cost we will refund the difference to the account you assigned when purchasing the item.

Return of a defected item

If the item is damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by ATP Atelier, we will refund the cost for the item and as well the cost of returning it. Please contact us at shop@atpatelier as soon as you discover the defect.

After you have contacted us, then please follow the procedure under How to exchange. When we receive the return and approved the defect, we will credit the account you appointed when purchasing them item.

Important information

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items should be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.

- Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. ATP Atelier cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

- All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. The footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

- You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to ATP Atelier. Items lost in the transportation will not be compensated for.
