Shipping information

As soon as you we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order number. Once your order is packed up and ready to go we will send you a second email with a tracking number to let you follow your package as it makes its way to you – yay!

We ship orders Monday – Friday 9am-6pm CET with exception of Swedish National Holidays.

Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Pick up in store - We will let you know by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our Stockholm Flagship, Sofigatan 3 (Nytorget). Please provide your name and order number upon pickup.

DHL Express / Standard Delivery - Your order will be delivered to your home address before 6 pm. DHL will give you a call ahead of delivery. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If your are not available at the time of attempted delivery, you can arrange for a new delivery time with DHL using your tracking number for reference. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

DHL Freight Servicepoint - Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.
