HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Due to Italian sizing, our shoes can be perceived as slightly narrow. If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size. For details, please see our Size guide.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If the item you're looking for is out of stock you can use the 'request item' button on the product page to send us an email. You will then be one of the first ones to get notified when the item is back in stock.

CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?

You can pay safe and easy by credit card in all countries via Klarna checkout. Please learn more under Payment options.

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders from our Atelier during office hours Monday-Friday, with exception of Swedish Holidays. Depending on what shipping option you've chosen, your order will arrive within 1-7 days from having been picked up. Find more details under Shipping policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you'd like to exchange to another size or color we’ll cover the costs of shipping. Find more details under Return policy.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you'd like to return stuff, you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to us for a refund. Please follow our step-by-step guide in our Return policy.
