Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the date of delivery.
  • You can also visit one of our retail stores in Stockholm to return your order, at Jakobsbergsgatan 6 or Skånegatan 86, within 14 days after the date of delivery. Kindly bring along the delivery note included in your package.
  • Items must be returned in a new and unused state.
  • Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in its original packaging and protective material.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, kindly return it and place a new order. Alternatively, you may visit one of our Stockholm stores at Jakobsbergsgatan 6 or Skånegatan 86 to facilitate the exchange.



HOW TO RETURN

Return Label: Your package includes a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. If not, reach out to us at shop@atpatelier.com for assistance. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.

Ship Your Package: Ensure your item is securely packed in a solid carton, and remember to include the return form as it helps speed up your refund process. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at your local delivery point. Alternatively, return items at our Stockholm stores, Jakobsbergsgatan 6 or Skånegatan 86.

Refund Process: We aim to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Refunds typically take 1-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

International Returns: For international returns outside the EU, notify your local customs authorities to waive duties or taxes on unwanted items.


CLAIMS

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to shop@atpatelier.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
