Shipping policy

Step 1

When you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation including your order number.

Step 2

Once your order is ready to be sent out, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We ship orders from our Flagship Store in Stockholm Monday – Friday 9am-5pm CET with exception of Swedish National Holidays.

Step 3

Depending on what shipping option you've chosen you will either be notified that your order is ready for pickup in store, to pickup at your local delivery point or be given a delivery window for your order to be delivered at your chosen location. *Free Shipping: Free shipping will apply on standard shipping to all orders on the following markets:
Europe and Asia on orders above 100 EUR
Sweden, Norway and Denmark on orders above 1000 SEK/NOK/DKK
United States and Canada on orders above 100 USD

Delivery terms applies provided your order is placed before 10 am CET.

*If Airmee doesn't cover your area / zip code, your order will be sent to your local DHL Servicepoint instead.

*Additional charges: All orders within the European Union, UK, US & Canada are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - i.e. your order will not be subject to any additional charges. However, all international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at place) basis and may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for.

Extended return policy

During December we offer all of our customers a prolonged return policy. All orders placed from November the 26th can be returned until January the 14th. Our extended return policy applies across all online orders and in store purchases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.
