How much is shipping?

All of our orders are shipped from the Atelier or our warehouse in Stockholm with DHL and the cost is specific to the place of shipment. Please see our Shipping Policy to find out your shipping cost.

Additional charges: All orders within the European Union, UK, US & Canada are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - i.e. your order will not be subject to any additional charges. However, all international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for.

What shipping services do you use?


DHL Express / Standard Delivery - Your order will be delivered to your home address before 6 pm. DHL will give you a call ahead of delivery. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If your are not available at the time of attempted delivery, you can arrange for a new delivery time with DHL using your tracking number for reference. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Sweden and Denmark

DHL Freight Servicepoint (Sweden only)- Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

Airmee home delivery - Climate compensated home delivery. Your order will be delivered after 1-3 days between 5-10 pm CET, provided that you place your order before 11 am CET. Also, you have the possiblity to track your order in real time for a more accurate delivery time. If you have approved the package being left outside your door, you will be responsible after the driver has dropped off the package.

Has the shipping policy changed due to Brexit?

We are still sending orders to the UK as per usual. All shipments are sent with DDP, meaning that all duties and taxes are included. However, we do not ship any orders below 135 GBP. For a more detailed description please see our UK Shipping Policy here.

How do I cancel / change my order?

Depending if we have shipped your order or not we might not be able to change your order before delivery. Although, if you need to change or cancel your order please contact customer service and we will help you in the best way possible.

Where do you ship your orders from?

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse or Flagship Store in Stockholm.

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders from our Atelier or our warehouse Monday – Friday 9am-4pm CET, with exception of Swedish Holidays. Depending on what shipping option you've chosen, your order will arrive within 1-7 days from having been picked up. Find more details under Shipping policy. The delivery windows are based on that you place your order before 10am CET.

Can I collect my order in store?

We offer all of our customers the ability to pickup in the Flagship store located at Skånegatan 86, Stockholm. Please provide your name and order number upon pickup. You have 14 days to collect your order and if not collected within 14 days your order will be cancelled. Please find our opening hours here.
