The role

 

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Retail Manager to take responsibility for ATP Atelier's physical store experience and its role in strengthening the brand. You will be responsible for managing our flagship store on Jakobsbergsgatan in Biblioteksstan, while creating an exceptional customer experience and ensuring seamless operations. You are someone who genuinely loves the world of retail. A true passion for retail goes beyond just meeting sales goals—it’s about understanding the customer journey, creating memorable in-store experiences, and inspiring your team to share that same enthusiasm.

 

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee a small but dedicated team, ensuring the store operates smoothly while driving sales and maintaining its visual and operational alignment with the brand. The role demands a strategic view of retail, a hands-on attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Creativity, a deep understanding of branding, and ensuring that the store's visual identity and experience align with the brand's ethos are essential. Flexibility, excellent communication skills (both visual and verbal) and the ability to prioritize effectively are also critical for success in this role.

 

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure the store's activities align with ATP Atelier's overarching goals and vision. Collaboration and a strong team spirit are vital.

 

Responsibilities

 

Retail Brand Experience and Operations

  • Full responsibility for the brand experience in physical retail environment.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with the brand, including seasonal window displays and product presentations.
  • Guarantee that store staff adhere to customer service routines and sales ceremonies.
  • Participate actively in setting the store's annual budget.

 

Daily Operations and Sales

  • Manage store opening hours and staff scheduling within the defined personnel budget.
  • Oversee e-commerce orders, returns, and exchanges in collaboration with customer service.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving the store's sales goals by ensuring optimal staffing, appropriate inventory levels, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Customer Experience and Development

  • Continuously enhance the store's brand experience in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure that packaging materials are purchased at appropriate levels.

 

Qualifications

 

  • At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial understanding and proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Creativity and an innate ability to align the store's visual and operational identity with the brand's values.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and working in a collaborative team environment.
