Shipping policy

 


We ship orders from our Flagship Store and central warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden during business days (not including public holidays). See all delivery time estimates and costs below. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

STEP 1: ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.


STEP 2: TRACKING

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). When the shipment has left the warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Kindly note all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.


STEP 3: ORDER ARRIVAL

Depending on your shipping option you will either be notified that your order is ready for pickup in store, to pickup at your local delivery point or be given a delivery timeframe for when your order will be delivered at your chosen delivery address by the appointed courier.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to cancel an order. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we will evaluate how to help you
  • Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
  • We are unable to deliver to post office boxes
  • If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund
