Order Processing Delay
We are experiencing a slight delay in shipping orders. Our team is working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. For questions, please contact customer service. Thank you for your patience!

Your order will ship within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation. We ship orders from our warehouse and Stockholm stores on business days (excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY

For all items bought between the 19th of November and the 22nd of December, an extended holiday return policy will apply. You will have the right to return your items until January 14th, 2025. So, don't worry about buying your gifts early!

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability.
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
  • We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
  • In the event of order refusal or failed delivery due to incorrect or faulty information provided, we will deduct shipping fees and any additional charges, such as import taxes and duties, from your refund.
  • We’re unable to provide price adjustments or match prices for items that were purchased at full price and subsequently go on sale.
  • In case of a return, please note the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
