Can I exchange an item?

If you'd like to exchange to another size or if you are interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Please follow our step-by-step guide under Return policy.


If you'd like to return stuff, you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to us for a refund. Please follow our step-by-step guide in our Return policy.

Can I return my product in store?

All orders placed on can be returned physically in our Atelier, Skånegatan 86 in Stockholm. The opening hours are:

Mon, Wed - Fri / 12 pm - 5 pm
Tue / Closed
Sat / 11 am - 3 pm
Sun / Closed

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 7 days for your balance to update.

I received faulty items, what should I do?

If your products are faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue with you directly. If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately. Do you have any prolonged return policy during Christmas?

During December we offer all of our customers a prolonged return policy. All orders placed from November the 26th can be returned until January the 14th. Our extended return policy applies across all online orders and in store purchases. Read more about our return policy here.
