About the role

Reports to Retail Manager
Part of the Retail Sales Team
Part-time initially starting May 2025, with the potential to transition to full-time summer employment by mid-June to the end of August.
The position is based in our location in Stockholm; at our new Flagship Store located on Jakobsbergsgatan 6, Stockholm.
In this role you will be responsible for retail sales and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will also work closely with our E-commerce team and manage e-com orders, returns, customer service, stock taking and product claims. A genuine passion for sales, service, and administration is essential for success in this role.

Tasks

RETAIL SALES

- Care for and build strong relationships with our customers in the Flagship store
- Perform retail sales focusing on the customers’ needs while maximising sales
- Keep the Flagship store and the back-office spaces tidy at all times
- Administrating daily reports on sales

CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Deliver high-standard customer support and answer questions on our products and order specifics
- Manage and administrate customer claims, questions and errands

E-COM

- Pick & pack and administrate online orders and returns
- Help execute stock takings, deliveries & transfers

  • Someone who can provide impeccable service to our customers
  • A very well-organised and structured person who can navigate the different tasks and understand those to prioritise and those to plan ahead
  • A team player with a desire to collaborate and thinks work culture is important
  • Someone who is solution-oriented and not afraid of challenges
  • A great communicator both written and oral in Swedish and English
  • Someone ambitious, driven and who has no problem taking own initiatives
  • Someone who is flexible and enjoys fast-paced and dynamic workspace that can change day by day
  • Someone available 5-10 hours per week, mostly on weekends, with extra flexibility during holidays. Available full-time during the summer season.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
  • Excellent written and oral English and Swedish communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player with a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Experience with Microsoft packages is appreciated
