RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to send back your purchase. To be eligible for a return items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and protective material. See all return delivery costs in the table below. All orders can also be returned physically in our Flagship Store at Skånegatan 86, Stockholm.

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition
  • Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in its original packaging and protective material
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product
  • Shoes and its shoe box must be returned inside another solid carton box to not damage the shoe box
  • We prefer that items are returned using our own nominated courier and shipping label so that they are protected and insured. You may return the goods by any secure transport at your own risk
  • We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange

 

STEP 1: ACCESS RETURN LABEL

A return shipping label is included in your package. If you didn’t receive a return shipping label, contact us at shop@atpatelier.com and we will provide one for you.


STEP 2: SHIP YOUR PACKAGE

Pack your item in the original shipping box or equivalent and include the return form in the package. Place the return shipping label outside the box and drop off at your local delivery point. All orders can also be returned physically in our Flagship Store at Skånegatan 86, Stockholm.


STEP 3: REFUND

Once we have received and inspected your return you will receive your refund back to the original payment method. If you used a return shipping label provided by us, your refund might be subject to a return shipping fee, described in the table below. Please allow up to 7 business days varying on processing time.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund.

For returns outside the European Union, please note that it is your responsibility to notify your local authorities about the return, relieving you of any duties or taxes for the item(s) you do not wish to keep.


STEP 4: EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the new item. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our return policy.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, at the latest within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item has a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.
