ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to join the finance team at ATP Atelier. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and support day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoice handling and financial follow-up.

As a small and hands-on function, the role offers broad exposure across the full financial flow. You will be involved in operational finance work with elements of reporting support, and gradually take on more responsibility over time.

TASKS WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Bookkeeping and invoice handling
- Assisting with monthly closing
- Cash flow follow-up
- Customer invoicing and payment follow-up
- Reporting support and ad hoc finance tasks

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- A humble and hands-on attitude, with a willingness to take on both small and large tasks
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Available for at least 3 months, with preference for a 6-month internship period.
