Supply Chain Coordinator
Reports to: Head of Operations
Status: Fixed-term, Full-time, starting February 2026 until approximately February 2027

The position is based in our head office located in the heart of Södermalm in Stockholm.
ATP Atelier is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term parental-leave cover. In this role, you will coordinate our supply chain and logistical operations between key suppliers and customers, ensuring an efficient and seamless process from production in Italy to customers worldwide - from London to New York.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Execute advanced planning, monitoring, and processing of in/outbound orders to align with sales periods.
- Maintain high delivery quality, align logistics with policies, and ensure customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners, couriers, and key partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Use and improve supply chain systems and Excel templates for efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize department-specific processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams on supply-chain issues and product launches.
- Ensure departmental objectives align with business strategy.
- Assist with supply-chain development projects and continuous improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply-Chain/Logistics, Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply-Chain/Logistics.
- Strong business sense, numerical/analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Action-oriented with hands-on approach and ability to translate ideas into actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/order management systems.
- Ability to suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Value simplicity and impact over complexity and prestige.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
